          Richard Branson's first rule is to follow your passion. Passion motivates you to work hard because success requires a lot of work. He admires something and plans the risk associated with it. Then he jumps to it with calculated risks to surpass the failures. He has been on magazine innumerable times. He has built a trust with his customers and coworkers whom he respects whole-heartedly. Then he carries out the planned task.
